Approval of These Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. To use our services, it is crucial that you confirm your acceptance of these terms. Your agreement will be considered valid only after you accept the separate license agreement, which will be provided to you upon your first access to our features.
Service
To access and use our services, you must agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:
Through our valued customers, we actively participate in CFD trading across various financial markets.
To facilitate CFD trading, we provide dedicated trading accounts to users who meet the requirements set forth in ExtonGlobal’s terms and conditions. Please note that our trading accounts are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Those below this legal age are ineligible to sign up until they reach the required age.
When an account holder deposits or withdraws funds from their trading account, no deductions are made from these transactions. Our fees are applied through spreads, which are detailed in the charges table. It’s important to note that spreads are variable and depend on the type of asset, providing clarity and transparency in our fee structure.
